Teresa Payne ============Teresa Payne studied fine art and Illustration, and taught expressive arts on the Pacific Island of Papua New Guinea, where she lived and worked with the local tribal people on preserving their beautiful decorative arts, culture and traditions.
She now lives on a farm in Norfolk, England, illustrating children's books and works with charities in the UK and abroad, and is a volunteer doing Artwork and crafts with children in hospital, and with the disabled.
