Ratanjit Singh Sondhe emigrated from India to the United States in 1968 with no more than a few dollars in his pocket and the belief that our purpose in life is to add value to the lives of those around us. Over the past 40 years, this purpose has brought Ratanjit great success. He was the founder and CEO of the international materials science company POLY-CARB, Inc., which was acquired by The Dow Chemical Company in 2008. Ratanjit is also an educator, lecturer, author, radio & television host, well-respected member of the community, father, and a husband. To help others achieve stress-free success and true joy, Ratanjit wrote TEA: The Recipe for Stress-Free Living, The Secret of Our Ultimate Success, and numerous award-winning papers, has hosted over 500 international radio and television programs, and has travelled the world delivering captivating words of wisdom to help others succeed, realize their true freedom, maximize their potential, take full-control of their life, unveil their true passion, and live stress-free. Ratanjit and his wife, Dolly, currently live outside of Cleveland.
