Born on November 1 1928 son of an immigrant miner.Served as a World War II veteran, August 1946 to March 1948 in the United States Marine Corps.Attended John Carroll University and Cleveland State University (Cleveland Marshall Law School) and awarded JD Degree.Admitted to the Bar in 1955 in the State of Ohio, Employed as a trial attorney for 28 years in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, prosecutor’s office. Served as First Assistant Prosecutor for five years.I’m a member of a several veteran’s and fraternal organizations. I am the father of three sons and six grandchildren.
