Leon Evans is the Lead pastor of Lifecentral Church, an Elim Church in Halesowen in the West Midlands. He is the founder of Phase Trust and one of the founding members of the Further Faster Network, helping churches grow by reaching unchurched people. With well over 30 years of leadership experience, Leon still believes the Church is one of the best ideas God has ever had. Along with his wife Allison who leads with him, they have 2 sons and 2 granddaughters.
