Volkan Duran, PhD, is an Associate Professor, distinguished scholar, and academic leader based in Iğdır, Türkiye. He holds dual PhDs—one in Curriculum and Instruction and another in Mathematics—and his interdisciplinary work spans curriculum innovation, educational policy, and the integration of artificial intelligence with quantitative methods in curriculum development. With an extensive record of peerreviewed publications, conference presentations, and successful curriculum design initiatives, he has significantly contributed to modern educational practices. Currently serving in key administrative roles at Iğdır University, Professor Duran continues to advance research and teaching in the field, inspiring future generations in both theoretical and practical dimensions of education.
