Author Bio
Dr. Vaibhao Kisanrao Lule is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy Microbiology of College of Dairy Technology, Udgir (Latur), which is a constituent college of Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University, Nagpur (India). He has eight year of experience as an academician. He did his B. Tech. (Dairy Technology) from MAFSU, Nagpur followed by M. Tech. and Ph. D. (Dairy Microbiology) from the ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal (Haryana-132001), India. He has several peer reviewed national and international publications with good impact factors to his credit. He is actively involved in research on therapeutic benefits of probiotics and fermented milks. He attended several National and International conferences/seminars on probiotics, beneficial microbes, food safety and bio-preservation of milk and dairy foods at national and international platforms. He bestowed with several awards like, ICAR-Junior Research Fellow, ICAR-Senior Research Fellow, Recipient of Travel Fellowship award from Centre for International Co-operation in Science (CICS), Chennai and Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India.
