Bosquet showcases an innovative urban project that presents a new paradigm for sustainable urbanization seamlessly integrated with nature. Spanning seventeen single family lots, 50% of the space is set aside for green areas, making the landscape a central part of the design. This comprehensive overview, featuring plans, diagrams, stunning photography and commentary, shows how the project overcame the challenges presented by th e COVID pandemic and unexpected conditions in the terrain to produce an exemplary work that redefines the r elationship between urbanity and the natural world.

Founded by Cony Lupercio, Andrés Escobar, and Juan Pablo Lupercio, Perimetral develops projects at various scales, ranging from territorial planning and urban developments to public and residential spaces.

The studio emerged from the need to integrate the landscape as a foundational structure of each project, understanding that the territory is not merely a backdrop, but an active system that shapes the way we inhabit it.
