Overview
Surgery integrates anatomy, physiology and technical skill to treat disease through operative and non-operative means. This manual presents concise, practical guidance on common surgical conditions, procedural steps, and perioperative care. Each chapter pairs clinical reasoning with operative technique checklists, complication recognition and postoperative management. High-yield diagrams and stepwise approaches assist learners preparing for exams and supervised procedures. Emphasis on safety, asepsis and evidence-based decision-making prepares trainees for real-world surgical practice. The manual is targeted at medical students, surgical residents and junior surgeons needing a compact, reliable reference.
