Padallan is Assistant Professor II from Laguna State Polytechnic University, Philippines and she is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Information Technology at Laguna State Polytechnic University San Pablo Campus and has Master of Arts in Education from the same University. She has passion for teaching and has been Instructor and Program Coordinator at Laguna State Polytechnic University
