Author Bio

George Hesselberg is an award-winning journalist and children's author whose stories celebrate kindness, curiosity, and a touch of delightful absurdity. A former newspaper reporter and beloved columnist in Madison, Wisconsin, he has spent a lifetime telling stories that connect people and inspire imagination. A native of Bangor, Wisconsin, George studied at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Oslo. This is his third children's book. Eivind Hesselberg is an artist and lifelong musician whose illustrations bring warmth, whimsy, and personality to every page. Inspired by the challenge of creating memorable characters and imaginative worlds, this is his first illustrated children's book.
