As part of a larger corporate communications team, Mike Dulin spends his days translating complex technical concepts into accessible stories, and working to get creators of the future excited about science, engineering, art and words. When he's not busy at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, particularly teaching his daughter about the power of sarcasm and the need for optimism.
Mike has degrees in landscape architecture and fine art from the Rhode Island School of Design and a masters of communications from Bellarmine University.
Griffin Reed is clearly a pen name. Why? Well, by day he's a serious artist type, but honestly his most important job is chief eye-roll inducer for his teenage daughter. "Griffin Reed" sounds more like the name of a superhero's alter ego… or maybe a not-so-successful magician. It's definitely not the moniker he uses for his other artistic endeavors. But when it comes to being the resident dad-joke champion for his amazing daughter, this pseudonym lets him embrace his inner goofball. Because in a world that can be far too serious sometimes, a little laughter is the best kind of magic.
