Jenifer Owenson is an author, attorney, and mother residing in Des Moines, Iowa. She finds adventure in every nook of her life and is an avid reader who adores the power of words in the right combination to create a story worth telling. Her writing has been locally published in the Des Moines Register, City View, and Des Moines Living Magazine.Anna Owenson, Jenifer’s daughter, is a 2021 graduate of Chapman University’s BFA in Animation program at the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Her senior thesis film, Devil’s in the Details, won 40 awards at independent and student film festivals across the country.
