Moirangthem Lokendro Singh is working as assistant Librarian, Manipur University, India. He has completed his Master in Library and Information Science, Panjab University, India. He has also worked as a Senior Technical Assistant-B at Microwave Tube Research Development Centre, Defence Research Development Organization, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. He has also Participated in many Seminars and Workshops.
