Overview

You were born named. Somewhere along the way, you agreed to a lesser name.

Remember Who You Are is Lidia Meglei's guide back from that agreement. She wrote it for the person who feels lost, forgotten, rejected, delayed, or disqualified, and for the one who has been performing a life instead of living the one already given. The path is an old one: calling, deception, exile, awakening, return. She tells it through a story almost everyone can picture, a young heir presented before the kingdom, talked out of his place, and years later called by name. The picture is the door. Scripture is the floor. The reader is an heir.

Three parts carry it. The Kingdom and the Call remembers what was spoken first. Born royal, in her words, is not pride. It is inheritance, worth already woven in, before success or failure had a chance to vote. The Deception is the long middle: the setup, the forgetting, the life outside. She gives the lying voice a familiar name, and she asks readers to find their own. The Return is the way back. A voice that does not condemn. A past that has to be faced. A place that was never actually vacant.

This is a short book, written to be used. Each chapter ends with questions and a prayer, so a person or a group can stop and answer. Young adults at the start of the lies, and adults who have already lived them, are both in view. Families, small groups, and churches can read it together.

Meglei came from Romania as a child, built a career, forgot, and came back. She started these pages for her sons, then saw the exile was wider. You are not too far. You are not disqualified. Remember who you are.
