DR. ROBERT I. ALOTTA (1937-2012) wrote countless articles for academic journals, major and minor newspapers, and magazines. He authored nine historical non-fiction works. His doctorate is in American military history. Dr. Alotta taught history at Blue Ridge Community College, Weyers Cave, VA. He was the director of education and information services for the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office and their webmaster.DONALD R. FOXVOG (1922-2009) served as a Congressional speechwriter and performed freelance writing jobs for government agencies. He worked for United Press, the Congressional Quarterly, and several newspapers.
