Overview
"Mudras are a sacred gift, a secret waiting to be revealed" - Gertrud Hirschi
Unlock the potential of mudra hand gestures to deepen your yoga practices with the Yoga Mudra Oracle, complete with 44 cards and a full-color guidebook.
Mudras are yoga postures for the hands which redirect, shape and 'seal' the flow of pranic energy within the body. They help us manifest change on a physical and soul level, and can be used safely by anyone, at any time.
Yoga Mudra Oracle invites you to unlock your deepest truths, opening a portal to subtle worlds of healing vibration and energy. Each Yoga Mudra card offers one simple, sacred hand posture or 'mudra' from this time-honoured yogic tradition, along with guidance that taps deep into the essence of each mudra pose.
Seek its counsel if you are attracted to yoga and meditation or are on a spiritual search or healing journey or seek a deeper connection with your divine, soul self.
Includes:
• 44 Yoga Mudra cards
• A 128-page, illustrated guidebook

Author Bio
Emma Wertheim is a Sydney-based meditation, yoga and sacred dance teacher with a special interest in yoga mudras. She is also a graphic designer, intuitive digital artist and photographer. Her work conveys a sense of peace and hope, reminding us that the ebb and flow of mystery is woven through everyday life. Her art has been featured on book covers, websites, gift cards and oracle decks. She has been part of a spiritual school since 1995, which evolved out of the Fourth Way movement of the 1970s. Today this school's teaching is dedicated to growing moments of stillness as the basis of transformation, to walk a soul path in everyday life. Birthing Yoga Mudra Oracle has been her long-time vision. In collaboration with husband and writer/artist Stephen Denham, it is the culmination of a wish to share and communicate the simple ancient wisdom and the multi-dimensional benefits of yoga mudra hand gestures.
Stephen Denham is a published author and freelance writer who has been shortlisted for several major Australian poetry prizes. For more than 25 years, Emma and Steve's daily practice of meditation and breath awareness has flourished within a spiritual community in Sydney's north. This Fourth Way school is dedicated to cultivating stillness in everyday life as the basis of transformation and realising soul potential.
