Author Bio
Alison Malee is a poet, artist, author, and performer. She has published four poetry collections (Shifting Bone, The Day Is Ready For You, This Is The Journey, and It Is All Equally Fragile). Her work has been featured all over the world, including The Huffington Post, Bustle, Poetic Power, The American Library of Poetry, and Tiffany and Co. Alison teaches poetry and creative writing workshops for all ages and writing backgrounds. She currently resides in Central PA with her husband and their children, where she is probably reading some form of prose or another.
Chantal Horeis is an illustrator based in Stockholm, Sweden. Deeply inspired by nature and the ways people exist within it, her work often explores quiet, magical moments rooted in imagination. Drawing from a love of childhood make-believe and tabletop role-playing games, she creates richly atmospheric scenes that feel both whimsical and grounded.
She has worked on projects across YA and children’s publishing, as well as video games and advertising.
