Over the years that I have been in ministry, I have made mistakes, in more ways that I would like to admit. I have learned many lessons from my failures and thought it would be good to share these lessons with others in hopes they would avoid the mistakes and learn from my failures instead of their own.

Rabbi Eric is now an ordained Rabbi in the IAMCS (International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues) and has served as a Rabbi in Mobile, Alabama, and now in Pensacola, Florida. He has helped to establish six congregations across the Gulf Coast (Slidell, Louisiana; Pascagoula, Mississippi; Foley, Alabama; Spanish Fort, Alabama; Navarre, Florida; Pensacola, Florida).
