Karin Laronde Antolick has worked for several years in the food and beverage industry in Prince Edward Island. In 1999 she saw a need for convenient yet healthy meals and started up her catering company, "Eat Well - Food with Thought." After many requests from clients, friends, and family, Karin has finally agreed to share her recipes.
