THE BIBLIO FILE is an inquiry into the wider world of book culture. Hosted by Nigel Beale, it features wide ranging conversations with authors, poets, book publishers, booksellers, book editors, book collectors, book makers, book scholars, book critics, book designers, book publicists, literary agents and other certified bibliophiles. In this volume, we focus on the past, present, and future of books - where have books been, where are they now, and where will they change in the future? Nigel's interview subjects in this volume include Nicholson Baker, acclaimed writer of such novels as Vox, Checkpoint, and The Mezzanine; Richard Charkin, book publisher; and Marie Korey, librarian at Massey College at the University of Toronto.
