Chef Patty Greco has more than 15 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, working within large hotels and well known restaurants along the east coast. She has had the pleasure of teaching culinary higher education and restaurant entrepreneurship for the last 8 years. Chef Greco holds a has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rider University, a certificate of culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, in Miami, Florida, and a Master's of Science in Hospitality Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
