Lisa Bentley is a children’s book Author and Illustrator from Derby in the UK. Her lifelong passion for reading and drawing began at an early age, and she's been wielding a pencil ever since. She is also the proud mother of two mini-humans, whom she loves spending time with alongside their Daddy, Dan.
Lisa loves to write about themes close to her heart and takes a lot of inspiration from her childhood and her own children. She enjoys creating whimsical stories and illustrations, but her creative range enables her to write and illustrate themes of a more humorous nature too. When she's not creating art or new stories, Lisa indulges in tea-sipping and cake-eating, although she absolutely despises pairing socks, fishy fish and slugs that invade her humble abode.
