When 13-year-old Paige Turner is invited to a young science fiction writer’s conference on the shores of Lake Superior, she believes it’s her biggest dream come true. But then she notices strange jellyfish-like creatures and realizes they are not from our planet. Being in the middle of an alien invasion is her actual biggest dream come true.

But there’s more to the story than she thinks. With the help of her new friends, Paige learns of intergalactic intrigue, glowing truth jelly, and the true meaning of forgiveness. But will this, combined with her vivid imagination, be enough to save Earth?
