Jovan has broad deep technical knowledge in the fields of data center and big data technologies, combined with consultative selling approach and exceptional client-facing presentation skills. Before joining Dell Technologies in 2017, Jovan spent nearly a decade as a researcher, university professor and IT business consultant. In these capacities, he served as a trusted advisor to a multitude of customers in financial services, health care, retail, and academic sectors. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from RMIT University in Australia and worked as a post-doctoral visiting scientist at the renowned INRIA research institute in France.
