Padallan is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and finished her Certificate of Teaching Proficiency Program at Laguna State Polytechnic University - Los Banos Laguna. She also completed her Master in Educational Management. Currently, Ms. Jocelyn O. Padallan is an IT Professor at the Laguna State Polytechnic University - Los Banos Campus under the College of Computer Studies (CCS) where she holds different professional courses such as Effective n Business Communication and Programming Languages. She is actively involved in the college extension services programs including Life Project 4 Youth and ITeach 4 Heroes.
