Hamraz Ahsan is a Reiki master, Sufism practitioner and energy healer. He has worked on feature films and documentaries on Sufism as a producer and researcher, and is author of Kabuko the Djinn, a novel about supernatural entities and the energetic practices of Sufis in the Indian subcontinent.

Adrian White has practiced, and deeply researched herbalism approaches for nearly a decade, completing two herbalism study programs and apprenticeships back in 2012. Since then her writing can be found all over the web for leading health, wellness, and supplement sites, including Healthline and WebMD.
