Michelle Sloan is a children’s writer based in Dundee, Scotland. She is the author of The Fourth Bonniest Baby in Dundee (shortlisted for the BookBug Picture Book Award 2018), This Bonny Baby, The Revenge of Tirpitz, Greyfriars Bobby: A Puppy's Tale and the Animal Adventure Club series. She is connected with the Scottish Book Trust, regularly promotes her work through workshops in schools, and has an active social media.

Summer Macon is a freelance illustrator, designer and ceramicist living in Colorado. Her illustrations are full of character and lots of fun.
